How do I care for my jewelry?Semi-Precious gemstones are much softer rating on the The Mohs Hardness Scale than diamonds, and therefore, they can scratch if handled roughly or crack if dropped on tile or cement. Never toss your adornments into a drawer or jewelry box. It's best to hang each piece separately, and do not allow two necklaces to clank against each other. Earrings and bracelets should be kept in a box with soft cotton, or placed in separate space designed for their storage. To clean your adornments, buff lightly with a "lint-free" cloth. All our vermeil is hand produced in the studio. Vermeil is 22k gold over sterling silver, and sterling naturally oxidizes and will tarnish through the gold over time. This will dull the shine on the piece. To restore the gleam in all your vermeil, we recommend a restorative dip that is safe for gemstones and specially designed to remove tarnish instantly. It will keep your adornments looking bright for years. You can find that product here. Each piece we produce is guaranteed to be free of defects and to last with proper care.

Can I customize my jewelry order?While we do not offer customizations at this time, we continually update our inventory with a diverse selection of exquisite pieces to suit various tastes and preferences.

Do you provide warranties for your jewelry?Yes, we stand behind the quality of our designs. Each purchase comes with a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Should your design fail to meet your expectations for quality, please feel free to return the piece within 30 days in unworn condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Should your piece break within 90 days due to normal wear, or for some reason arrive damaged, please contact us right away to arrange a return.

Are your jewelry pieces suitable for sensitive skin?Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials, but individuals with an allergy or sensitive skin should exercise caution, especially with earrings. Those with an allergy to nickel are best suited to earrings with titanium ear wires depending on how sensitive the allergy as even 14k gold contains a modicum of nickel.

Do you have a physical store location?While many of our designs are featured in artisanal galleries for purchase, at this time, we operate exclusively as an online store. This allows us to offer a wide selection of jewelry at competitive prices while providing a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply include a note to indicate this during checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please reach out to us prior to your purchase in order to secure the shipping rate to your location. Note: Deepest apologies, but there are no returns for international customers.
